LME REPORT CARD INCENTIVES

This is a list of local businesses that offer rewards for good report cards. Present original report card, signed by a parent or legal guardian, and a screen print of this page at any (or all!) of these businesses and collect your reward. Incentives are valid for one month from report card issue date. Please remember to thank these establishments for their generosity in participating in this program.

Advanced Hair Design - 11809 N. Armenia Ave., 935-0889 (Jennifer Somchitch) - Receive $4.00 off a child's haircut for straight A's or E's OR $2.00 off a child's haircut for A's & B's or E's & S's. When calling for an appointment, please mention report card incentive discount.

Brunchies - 14366 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., 908-7023 (Bill Kranich) - Receive one free child's meal for achieving all A's & B's or E's & S's. Please bring report card.

Chuck E. Cheese - 14308 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., 963-6921 (Angel Hernandez) - Receive 15 free tokens for passing grades. Please provide a copy of report card.

Cold Stone Creamery - 13168 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., 963-1410 (Chip & Cathy Byrne) - Receive one free kids "create your own"® ice cream cup for each A or E. Limit two per report card. Please bring report card.

Florida Aquarium - 701 Channelside Dr., 273-4000 (Gail Stoddard) - Receive one free admission for students (and up to 2 adults at $10 admission fee each) for A's & B's or E's & S's or perfect attendance. Not valid with any other promotion.  Redeem within 30 days of receiving report card.

Great Clips - 13129 B North Dale Mabry (located in Fresh Market Plaza), 969-2960, (Lea Orchard)- Receive $2.00 off a kids hair cut with A's or B's.

Pin Chasers Midtown - 4847 N. Armenia Ave., 879-1339 (Phyllis) - Receive one free game of regular or bumper bowling (including shoe rental) for perfect attendance (0 absences). Not valid for "show"® bowling.

Q-Zar of Tampa Bay - 7807 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., 933-6995 (Brad Cohen) - Receive one free game for straight A's or E's, $1 off a game for every A or E, 50¢ off a game for every B or S and 25¢ off a game for every C.

United Skates of America - 5121 N. Armenia Ave., 876-5826 (Heather Langille) - For every A or E, receive one free skate admission during the following sessions...Saturday (10-12, 12-3, and 3:30-6:30) or Sunday (1-4 and 5-7:30)  Please provide a copy of report card.
